How to Enable Javascript
You may wish to print these instructions before continuing.

Windows XP / AOL users receiving "Enable Javascript" Messages please click here

NOTE: If you are in a high security computing environment, or suspect you might be, contact your system administrator before enabling javascript.

  • PC
    • Internet Explorer 4 or higher
      • 1) On the Menu, click Tools > Internet Options
      • 2) Click on the Security Tab
      • 3) At the bottom click on Custom Level
      • 4) Scroll down to Scriping > Active Scripting and Select "Enable"
      • 5) Click OK, then click OK again.
      • 6) Re-insert the LocalPlay Disc.
    • FireFox
      • 1) On the Menu, click Tools > Options
      • 2) Click on the "Web Features"
      • 3) Check "Enable Javascript"
      • 4) Re-insert the LocalPlay Disc.
    • Netscape Navigator 6.x or higher
      • 1) On the menu, click Edit > Preferences
      • 2) DoubleClick Advanced , then click Scripting & Plugins on the menu to the left.
      • 3) In the section entitled "Enable Javascript For", check the box that says "Navigator"
      • 4) Re-insert the LocalPlay Disc.
    • Mozilla 1 or higher
      • 1) On the menu, click Edit > Preferences
      • 2) DoubleClick Advanced , then click Scripting & Plugins on the menu to the left.
      • 3) In the section entitled "Enable Javascript For", check the box that says "Navigator"
      • 4) Re-insert the LocalPlay Disc.
    • AOL 9
      • 1) From the AOL toolbar, click Settings.
      • 2) From the "Settings: Essentials" dialog box, click "Internet [Web] Options".
      • 3) Click the Security tab at the top, then click the Custom Level button near the bottom.
      • 4) From the "Security Settings" dialog box, scroll down to "Active scripting" and select "Enable".
      • 5) Click OK.
      • 6) Click OK.
      • 7) Close and Restart AOL, then reinsert the disc.
    • AOL 7 or 8
      • 1) From the "My AOL" menu, click "Preferences".
      • 2) Click the WWW button.
      • 3) Click the Security tab at the top, then click the Custom Level button near the bottom.
      • 4) From the "Security Settings" dialog box, scroll down to "Active scripting" and select "Enable".
      • 5) Click OK.
      • 6) Click OK.
      • 7) Close the "Preferences" box..
      • 8) Close and Restart AOL, then reinsert the disc.
    • Netscape Navigator 4.x
      • 1) on the menu, click edit > preferences
      • 2) click "Advanced" on the menu to the left.
      • 3) check the box that says "Enable Javascript"
      • 4) Re-insert the LocalPlay Disc.
    • Opera 7
      • 1) On the menu, click File > Quick Preferences
      • 2) Check the box on the menu that says "Enable Javascript"
      • 3) Re-insert the LocalPlay Disc.
  • Macintosh
    • Internet Explorer
      • 1) On the menu, click Explorer > Preferences
      • 2) Doubleclick Web Browser, then click Web Content on the menu on the left.
      • 3) In the "Active Content" section, check the box that says "Enable Scripting".
      • 4) Re-insert the LocalPlay Disc.
    • Mozilla
      • 1) On the menu, click Mozilla > Preferences
      • 2) DoubleClick Advanced , then click Scripting & Plugins on the menu to the left.
      • 3) In the section entitled "Enable Javascript For", check the box that says "Navigator"
      • 4) Re-insert the LocalPlay Disc.
    • Opera
      • 1) On the menu, click Opera > Quick Preferences
      • 2) Check the box on the menu that says "Enable Javascript"
      • 3) Re-insert the LocalPlay Disc.
    • Safari
      • 1) On the menu, click Safari > Preferences.
      • 2) Click the Security Tab, then check the box that says "Enable Javascript"
      • 3) Re-insert the LocalPlay Disc
